Legit ordering after all, but I guess if I wanna keep my UDP, what, I swap in my current Note 2's SIM into the Note 3 before powering it up, or what? I mean, hell, 20 bucks.

Can you elaborate? I am not sure what you mean.

I cannot say for sure however, I would bet that with the 2 year contract requirement attached to that "20 bucks" pricing that you would lose your current UDP because you would be technically changing contracts instead of just renewing what you already have. You would most likely have to buy the phone outright at 609.99 and then swap your SIM to keep your UDP.
