Screen/digitizer broken, need to recover data (debug not sure if on)

Okay so basically the screen is shattered along with the digitizer being broke, not really wanting to have to replace that..

when plugged into macbook and pc it does not recognize it but the blue led indicator is blinking blue every few seconds as it is on, I am wanting to either load a program on to it to use the phone just on a different screen or if ther is some way to activate debug or whatever to make my computers recognize it so that I can use samsung kies on it that'd be great too...

any ideas??

TLR, screen is broke, want to get data off of it, don't care about the phone, already have a new one
