Video calling app like Facetime for S4?

All,

Still getting used to the S4 but loving this phone. Does anyone know of a app I can use that is similar to Facetime on the iPhone? Preferably one that can be used to video contact both Android and iPhone users. The only one I can think of is Skype.

There's also oovoo and tango off the top of my head.

The nice thing about hangouts is because it's a Google app, most people already have access to, or at least an account. I'm pretty almost all Android phones have it pre-installed. iPhone users will have to install an app, but honestly, I'd be much more willing to install a Google app that I've heard of then to deal with a friend who says, "Hey, I want all of you to install this [app I've never heard of] and setup an account and blah, blah, blah".

Google's Duo app works well and it has a relatively simple interface. Skype is a bit feature-heavy for my tastes so Duo is nice alternative, plus it's available for Android and iOS.
