My GS4 won't play any YouTube videos through Facebook or Twitter

N my GS4 when I am in Facebook or Twitter and I click on a link to watch a YouTube video, or a video on any other website, the video will not play. I click the link and it takes me to the web browser then I tap the video and nothing happens. If I click a video link below the main video for another video it will play that one, then I will just go back to the original video and it will then play. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
