Black Box Appearing on Unlock Screen

So I recently have been seeing this image when I turn my phones display on and am about to unlock it.



What is this and how do I get rid of it?

Seems like some kind of media player, but doesn't look like the stock Samsung music player. In any case, can you press & hold it, then drag it to a trash can or Remove icon?

This happens to me when Spotify for some reason goes berserk and leaves the lockscreen controls there even after I stopped playing any tracks. But yeah, it definitively is a Media Player app that's triggering that. You might wanna check your media apps and see if any of them are going rogue.

Turns out it disappeared after a couple hours. Problem solved. I'm thinking it was a media app (possibly Audible). Anywho, thanks for the help!

yep mine does that every time i use pandora for some reason like you said it goes away but anoying as can be i ususally do a restart
