Galaxy S4 stopped connecting to verizon's wireless service

My phone won't connect to Verizon's service, not 4g, 3g, or even 1x. It WILL connect to wifi just fine. Here's a screenshot. Did I somehow manage to turn wireless networks off?

Verizon shows no outages in my area, and several friends get verizon service just fine.

I went to Connections / Networks / Mobile Networks to check my network mode, it is CDMA/LTE/EVDO... is there another way I could have disabled my network access?

You want to try to update the PRL. I'd honestly go to Verizon as something may be up with your SIM card.
