dropped my s4 in water but it turns on still

I dropped my phone in a pool and it still turns on but it loads on the samsung page and thats it. If i try to do factory reset it freezes with the blue rebooting words at the top left. If i charge it and turn it on the battery comes on the screen begins to load and freezes. Is this a battery problem or is my phone done?

You should of let it dry for a few days.
