I want to use towelroot to root my verizon S4. But what do I do after I gain root? I've scoured the internet for this info, but its all piece meal. XDA, here, rootwiki, etc. I just want to get rid of the bloatware from Verizon. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? Thanks in advance, and be gentle!!

1. F-Droid, an alternative app store with tons of root-only apps.
2. SuperSu, this is extremely important for security reasons. It puts a layer between your root access and apps, so a request comes up every time an app wants root. Otherwise it just auto-runs with root. This could lead to malware infecting your S3 so install SuperSU as soon as possible.
3. Be careful, any root apps that change system files mess with OTA updates. So you might have to update via computer if you can't temporarily unroot.
