Why does my Galaxy S-4 randomly go to a red Verizon logo screen?

OS Ver 4.4.2
updated to SCH-I545_NG6 on 10-23-14

For about the last 2 weeks my phone will randomly display the red Verizon logo screen for 2 to 3 seconds. this will happen if I am using it or not. It did it as I was writing this. It went from a black screen to the red screen then to my lock screen then time out to it's previous black screen.
If I'm on a call it will cut it off. It has happened with WIFI on and off and same with data on and off.
I've only found one other person asking about this so it could be a new issue.

Updated on 10-23 so if it's related to the update it's still up to Verizon to fix it. Bring it in and talk to them.
