Netflix freezes after 5.0.1 update

I'm experiencing a problem with Netflix playback after the Lollipop update, wondering if anyone else has this issue. It will play for a minute or so then the picture freezes while the sound continues on. I can search to a new part, it will buffer and start playing from there, then the freeze happens again. Doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or my cell network. Uninstalled and reinstalled Netflix with no change. Netflix is fairly unusable on my phone at the moment

Update: The issue resolved itself after a day or so, keeping my fingers crossed.
