[SOLVED] After moving photos to SD card, cant seem them on Gallery.

I just added an SD card and moved my photos to it. I can see the photos under my files but not under gallery.

What directory on the SD card did you put the photos in? What Android version is the phone running? Have you tried other gallery apps like QuickPic?

Sorry, but was the directory /Android/data/PetePhotos/DCIM/Camera? I would suggest just putting it in a directory called /Pictures on the SD card. If the directory you used is a subdirectory of /Android/data, then it likely has a .nomedia file somewhere that is instructing the system to ignore any image files in that directory or any subdirectories.

It is working now. I moved the photos to a directory right under card called pictures and it worked. At first I called this directory photos and it did not work. Once I renamed it to pictures, it did work. Also I'm using a 128GB Class 10 uSD card.
