Question Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) for Consumers

Did anyone else recently get this email from Verizon? Here's a link to the FAQ:

After reading it, I'm guessing "NO" would be the way to go, but Verizon doesn't indicate who their "affiliates, agents and parent companies" are.

    Advice?

I remember getting that about a year ago - or something very similar to it. I recall opting out at the time. I work in the Information Protection field so I am pretty paranoid about letting 3rd parties share too much - especially when I can just say no.

I got one the other day. Opt out is my advice.
