I have a Droid X and I average about 2 to 3 GB's a month through Verizon. I have the unlimited data plan. I have till August 18th before my billing cycle ends and I am currently at about 2.3 GB's. What I want to know is how do I know if I am being throttled. My 3G access has taken a hot dump lately and I am not sure if it is the phone malfunctioning or if I am being throttled. I wouldn't think I am the worst offender but I have never encountered this much crappiness with my 3G speeds before.(I live in the NY/NJ Metro area BTW) Also if I call customer service will they tell me if I am being throttled or not?
