Default Is it worth waiting for?

Hello. First off, I am a new member, but I have been lurking the forums for a while, so I know whats up and all.

Long story short, I am a blackberry bold 9650 user on VZW, and I am ready to hop on over to android... problem is my dream phone is not commn (GS2).

So heres the question. My upgrade is up in 4 days. Should I get the Droid Bionic, or wait for the Nexus Prime?

My requirements in my next phone is 1GB of ram, dual core CPU, and 4g. Right now, I am thinking Bionic (as long as the screen is not as bad as some say it will be), but its a little underpowered CPU wise compared to other phones (GS2 at 1.2ghz, etc)

So, what would you recommend a blackberry geek?

Either phone will be a significant upgrade. Depends on how long you are willing to wait? The Bionic is scheduled to release on Sept. 8th (I believe). The Nexus Prime is still unknown. I am holding out for the Nexus Prime.

Im considering either the nexus prime, and my second choice would be the htc vigor.

My upgrade is due and I was hoping for the GSII but seeing what's going on I have to wait some more. Bottom line is I want a samsung phone with the latest and greatest and will consider hopping over to Sprint since i need to save money anyways. I don't know, I'll give it till October or until I see details on the rumored Samsung device that Verizon said it would have similar specs to the GSII. But, I do admit, things are getting ridiculous with Verizon. We as customers have to stand up for ourselves and make a point.

Stay with Verizon since you already have unlike data and Sprint's LTE network is a ways away. I believe that the Prime is coming the first week of November.
