How big is too big? (screen size)

I now think that the 3.7" screen on the iPhone 4 is kinda small. The 4" screen on my Fascinate is good. 4.3 sounds big, but the 4.5" that the rumored Droid Prime might be sounds almost too big. Most guys carry their phone in their pocket and at some point the phone just becomes so large that its hard to carry. I'd think that 4.5" might fall into that category unless they get rid of almost all the hardware overhang on the phone. My fascinate is 5" corner to corner. So if they could fit a 4.5" screen into that or something just slightly larger it might be ok. But at some point I might as well just carry around a tablet for a phone.
