Lately I've been thinking about switching from my iPhone 4 to the Charge. My first question is, if I do this will I be able to upgrade to 4G on verizon's website?
Second, does anyone recommend the Samsung Charge? I was going back and forth between the Thunderbolt and Charge, but read the charge has better battery and the screen looks nicer
Can anyone weigh in here?

I would go with something different from the charge or thunderbolt since Verizon is going to discontinue them both soon. Get a Droid razr on Friday. You can also switch out phones through Verizon's website. If you get a 4G phone you will need a LTE sim card which you should be able to get from a Verizon corporate store .

Yeah, wait for the new phones coming this month and you can definitely activate your 4G phone using the website.
