Atlantic City NJ 4G LTE

Anyone else near Atlantic City NJ or in Southern NJ just notice 4G go live? I haven't heard any news about it expanding here but for some reason my bionic is showing 4GLTE and on the speed test app I tried I am getting over 5mbps upload and download speeds.

We recently had 4G turned on for us. Now the intersections of Routes 206/537 and 206/38 all the way to Philly seems to have coverage.

4g is spotty here in Atlantic city. Especially in the casinos. The speeds are very fast. Needs to expand to absecon and other communities.

4G has been on in the central part of AC (outlet stores & boardwalk casinos) since January. Now on in Ventnor as of yesterday (3/15/12).

They seem to have switched on more sites, because im getting 4G in Absecon and parts of the Ville.

Did everyones 4g near atlantic city stop working yesterday? All of a sudden i cant connect to 4g. I spoke with multiple verizon reps and the last one told me she does not have atlantic city on the coverage map and maybe there was testing going on, which i find hard to believe after its been working for two months.

EDIT - Just checked the Verizon 4g coverage map on their website, and it confirms what the last rep said. For New Jersey it only lists northern new jersey as having 4g coverage.

For some reason atlantic city isn't being included in the 4g expansion just yet. Verizon did promise to cover a ton of people this year and large areas though, so they are probably working on expanding that coverage blip to something huge and then officially announcing it, maybe in april or may. Hopefully before memorial day, since those areas will start getting super busy around then.
