I notice "Fran" says that they have not seen any adverse effects from the 30 dollar upgrade fee. Well, I'm sure not everybody knows about it yet. Anyhow....

WTF is this about FIOS rate hikes? They better not pull the AT&T / Comcast broadband data tiers on FIOS. I'll be pissed. They're trying to screw us and aren't even offering dinner or some KY first.
