Adding a new line through amazon

Hello i was looking to add another line for a fourth smart phone. If i use amazon is the only requirement that I leave that phone on that line for 181 days? Also does it just add it to what what ever plan i already have. Right now i pay 124 for 1400 min tlk n txt with unlimited texting. If i try to add a line through vzw site it only gives me the option of talk for 119 and unlimited text for a family for 30 a month. I would like tl keep the cheaper plan which does the same thing.!!
