    Default Help?

    I have an O.G. Thunderbolt and over the past couple of weeks I've been getting an error message when I try and use my mobile hotspot. My wife, who has the same phone, same contract hasn't had this issue at all. Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone give me a fix?

    Reset and pull the battery. If that doesn't work then do a hard reset back to factory settings.
