Like T-Mobile has any room to talk...please. This just makes him look like an ***** if anything. I hate when companies talk trash about their competitors, it just makes them look bad IMO. Quit worrying about / talking trash about your competition & focus on how you can make your product better.

I had T-Mobile years ago and I agree. The customer service was friendly but couldn't solve a dang thing. Most of those issues were the fault of the carrier but it still wasn't worth my time.
