Default due to WireFly error, my contract end date is 28 months after phone purchase, should I bother gettin

I used my upgrade and purchased the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus
from WireFly in December 2011. The phone was activated at that time.

I agreed to the 2-year contract. At the time, Verizon still offered unlimited
data plan, so I know I had unlimited data at least until December 2013.

Unfortunately(or fortunately), WireFly made some kind of mistake and
didn't notify Verizon of the 2-year contract until April 2012. This caused
Verizon's system to show my contract as April 2012 to April 2014. I tried
to get Verizon to correct this, but they told me to contact WireFly. I called
WireFly and was told that Verizon had to deal with it. I finally decided not
    to bother.

As of today, my Verizon account online still shows contract end date
incorrectly as April 2014. Since I intend on keeping unlimited data for
as long as possible, should I just ignore this mistake? This way, Verizon
must let me stay on unlimited data for the next 11 months(as of today).
In April 2014, I'll just buy another smartphone at full retail or something?

If i were you ill stick with the nexus. I mean theres nothing wow about the galaxy s 4 or any current verizon phone.

Stick with your unlimited data and next year at this time debate whether to get galaxy s 5 with bendable unbreakable screen and premium build.
