When changing your plan online, don't be tricked into losing unlimited data
I wasn't able to make plan changes on the my Verizon app, and instead of directed me to the website. Went to the website and there was a message saying that unlimited data is no longer available, and to select a share everything plan. if you see this message, DO NOT BE FOOLED. simply go to the bottom of the page where it says " Don't see a plan that works for you?" and select the "SHOW ALL PLANS" button, which I have circled in red in the attached picture. From there, it would take you to the standard plan change page.
Note that because I have a loyalty voice plan, if I changed minutes online, i might not be able to get it back. But other than that, I can change data plan or texts no problem, with the exception of unlimited data of course. ;-)
