Is there any way to have a payment credit of over $500 on Verizon?

I was trying to pay in advance and Verizon's website won't let me exceed a $500 payment credit. Anyway to bypass this?

I'd assume calling them.

I hate calling them. Was hoping there was another way. I am only doing it for rewards anyway, not worth the hassle of calling in.

Make 2 $250 payments

My problem is that you can't have a credit over $500. So say that I have credit of $499. I cannot make a $2 payment as I would exceed $500 in credit

Try sending the money from your bank instead of having Verizon pulling the funds...this works for me with credit card payments, I would get a negative balance whenever I overpay

They won't let you pay over your balance due with check over phone. Try sending a check in to them the old fashion way.

If your trying to take care of your bill for a while, another option is get a Verizon gift card load up and you can pay from that.
