Seem's like Verizon is the only one left who DOESN'T own a separate company to be their "Prepaid" Company!

Sprint: Boost and Virgin Mobile
T-Mobile: Metro PCS (Currently shifting all customers to tmobile and using the old Metro Network for LTE)
AT&T: Cricket (Just Approved by FCC today: Customers will shift over to AT&T network over time, and crickets undivested network will be used for LTE)

Verizon is the only one left

I think the only brand left that uses Verizon exclusively is Page Plus, which is now a part of America Movil (US TracFone, NET10, etc.).

I see AT&T buying Cricket as mostly a spectrum grab.

Probably makes sense. Cricket is a better known name.
