    Default Issue with activation

    I bought an S5 as an upgrade through bestbuy on May 7th, i have been using it fine since, i got a good deal on an HTC M8 from someone i know so i got that as well so ive been using the S5 for a few weeks and now i want to switch the the M8 to try that out

    i go to Verizons site to switch device and i get this message for my line

    "Your request cannot be completed

    We cannot process your request at this time, please try again later."

    Every other line on my plan it goes to the next screen, only mine gets that message

    So i cant activate the M8 right now, anyone know why i might be getting this message?

    Probably some glitch in Verizon's system. Happened to me before. Just call them and they can fix it and send you a nano sim for the m8.

    Alternatively you can cut the sim down and just put the s5 sim into the m8.
