I have the HTC One M7. Not fond of how locked down it is, the overheating and poor battery/charging, etc. I digress.
I want a true-to-Android device that can be unlocked, rooted and customized with different kernels and ROMs, etc. (Is that less common /w tablets versus phones?)
I have with plenty of minutes and about 2G of data for myself. Enough that I wouldn't increase the plan size if I added a tablet.. right? I use very little data on my phone, and assume on a tablet as Wi-Fi is typically available.
I can't see myself having a tablet unless it has at least some mobile access though. Or do you use yours mostly at home..? (Where I have a laptop though..)
I want to hear how your experience has been. Are you happy with it; does the tablet get much use? Do you use a new(ish) smartphone and have a laptop, yet still choose a tablet for some things?
Pros and cons please, with explanations
Feel free to make recommendations. I think I want 10 inches. My phone is 5 already.
I'd mostly use my tablet for easier browsing, reading, communication (hotspot/wifi = Google Voice/Hangouts) ..Games don't interest me much. Maybe on a tablet..
