How do I fix my droid razr hd?

I was at a friends house last night, and my phone was dying so i plugged it into the charger, and went out of the room for five minutes. when i came back, my phone refused to turn on, and i did the thing where you hold down the power button and the lower volume until the motorola thing came on, and it's been stuck like that. I even let it die, and then plugged it in, the little green light came on, and then the motorola thing would come back on. It won't turn on and I don't know what to do.
