Help with new upgrade methods

Hey folks. So I have an upgrade available on our More Everything 15 GB plan (family) with a government discount. I have a LG G4 to put on my wife s line and then I'd want to use the upgrade I now have to get a Galaxy S7 Edge.

Now with all the offers out there and Verizon more or less having eliminated regular 2 year upgrades (tho I'm still grandfathered on this line to do that one last time).. I'm wondering what Galaxy offer and upgrade method makes most sense.

Id rather not pay full retail for the phone either direct or on the 24 month payment plan so what are my other options?

More everything plan can still do 2 year contract. You will have to pay a $15 surcharge when doing so and got wouldn't be able to do some promotions.

The Comcast /Verizon link still works for contract and is currently at $200.
