Editing preset contacts
I accidentally added a phone number to the #BAL contact. I was wondering if there was any way to remove it, because when I go into edit contact, the number is listed under "Preset contact from Verizon Wireless" and there is a note with an orange exclamation point triangle that says "Preset contact information is not editable on this device." It's really more annoying than anything else, but when a call comes in from that number, it is identified as being from #BAL rather than the actual caller. If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate it.

(Just saying)
Have you tried talking to a Verizon representative about this problem.

Nah, CSRs have gotten progressively more clueless, plus I'm rooted and running LexLite Gingeraid. I don't think that would go over too well. I wound up just deleting the contact, then recreating it, which the phone WOULD let me do, so now the number is associated with my friend instead of #BAL.
