My wife surprised me tonight and took me to get my gTab early! I brought it home and played with the default install, and as all of us have found....it's awful and slow. I installed VEGAn beta 5.1.1. I am having a few issues.

I can't find a few key apps on the app store (nope not Angry Birds, that I found). I was looking for ADW Launcher and Dolphin HD, and they are nowhere to be found. Is there something I should be doing to fix this?

there is a market fix found on different forums for the gtablet.. XDA is a great forum with a lot of detail, but I'm pretty sure member SolidOrange has posted something around here on rooting, the market fix, and getting a workable flash install on the tablet

the market issue is standard, so don't think its just yours! once you do the fix it should work like a charm.
