I can't login/"forgot password?" or create a new account. Getting errors! Sent them a service ticket but guessing it sells out before the issue is resolved

Been searching for a tablet thats capacitive . Android 2.2 . and a 7 inch screen for $250 and when I saw this I jumped on it. This is an absolute steal.

Anyone looking to buy this. the reviews you see online are for the older models without the updates. with the update in january i believe this is an unvelievable tablet. as much power as the xoom or Ipad and a longer battery. and if your brave you can root/upgrade this using these forums and this is a better tablet then the ipad or xoom. Ive seen this tablet. Again i feel like I should be arrested . looking at 7 inch for around this price with not as much power. This is a total steal. Period for $280.

I had to do it too, was sitting on the fence about tablets for a while.

Thats what I figured. If I did not like it , considering the price I can get back most if not all on Ebay considering what it goes for . win win in my opinion.

I ordered one too around 6pm EST. With all the custom ROMS at XDA combined with this dual core beast, you cannot beat it. Like really? $280.00 that has relatively similar specs to a Xoom? I was getting all crazy yesterday reading about the newly designed Galaxy Tabs, but screw that. I'll wait for my G-Tab to come in the mail!

I grabbed one, with the thought that if i change my mind i'll ebay it. I got a nook color and now wish i hadn't! We will see, but like everyone else the specs, support, and price were too tempting

Yay! Ordered one. I might end up with 3 tablets as I'm pretty sure be getting the Samsung 8.9 too (owns the iPad 1).

Yeah, that link is dead also... I just did a search and I already have mine rooted with the newest TnT Rom. Root and everything went fine, it worked for about 24 hours then this morning I powered it on and got nothing but slew of FC's and couldn't do anything with it. Tried flashing the Rom, tried flashing original Rom, reboots, nothing would fix it, essentially bricked. Took me all day today, but I finally figured out the problem was in sycing the contacts. Anyway, I'm under the same name over at XDA so if you're interested you can read about it over there. Now, to the IMPORTANT part...
Received my Gtab yesterday via FedEx, my first clue that it was NOT new should have been that it was almost completely dead. I tried to boot it up, got about half way through, and it went black. Put it on the charger and it fired right up. Upon boot, it did not take me through a set up screen, but instead took me to a home screen where there were several Apps, including Angry Birds. I was tinkering with it and rebooted, upon reboot it took me to the usual Google set-up, and then to the home screen where everything was gone. I guess there is supposed to be a screen protector on the unit, that is missing as well, along with the sleeve that is supposed to come with the unit. I will be making a couple calls come Monday. Otherwise, after the root and Flash, I am thoroughly satisfied with the Gpad. - 04-02-2011, 08:45 AM #23
Mine came with Angry Birds preinstalled as well. It was factory sealed and looks brand new. As to a sleeve... do you mean like a thin case? I don't think that was part of the deal.

I love this thing. Yes it took some rooting to get it functional, but it flies now. No contract, no waiting. People who boughton woot paid less than 50% of the cost of a Xoom, but we are definitely getting more than 50% of the tablet. My 2 cents.

at $299. from TigerDirect I only paid 20.00 more than the Woot deal.. and I got free shipping from TigerDirect..
it also came with angry birds installed and no sleeve... just an anti static plastic "sleeve"..
I had Vegan-TAB GingerEdition on it about 1 1/2 hrs after I got it... and it's flying!
totally happy with this tablet!
