So me and my buddy both picked up one of these tablets, and we both immediately installed CM 7. My friend says that whenever he plugs in his headphones, he hears a very audible hissing/crackling. He said it sounds similar to the hiss and pop in old black and white movies (another friend likened it the sound of bacon cooking), however i'm having no such issue.
We're assuming this is a hardware issue, but I wanted to check to see if this could be any sort of known software issue and recitified before we worry about RMA'ing it through the manufacturer.
I looked around really quick and didn't see anyone else complaining of anything similar, so I'm just assuming its a hardware defect.
