HELP!! LG Optimus Q stuck in bootloop

I'm at a loss for what to do. I have a LG L55C thru StraightTalk that gets stuck at theTracFone screen when I turn it on, then reboots only to get stuck at the same screen on. I've tried booting into recovery with no success. I've even tried plugging it into my laptop after taking the battery out, putting the battery back in, and then booting into recovery; even then it won't boot into recovery, it still goes to the TracFone screen & gets stuck in a bootloop. Can anyone help me out?

Can you get into fastboot mode?

I don't know how to do that & didn't find anything on Google. Could you explain how to do that to me?
