O, btw, I used ROM manager, no issues at all.
Could be my phone is the one that's having the issue with getting a clean install of the Bumblebee ROM with a CWMod recovery(not all processors are manufactured exactly the same,I must have one with a very slight flaw) I will have to give it another try just so I don't look like too big of an *****. EDIT I tried installing, but this time I used the wiper.zip that obijohn provided and it worked. I must stop putting my foot in my mouth.

How is your battery temp and time off charge with the min set at 600MHz?

Any way to diagnose this issue?
Download ROM Manager and run the fix permissions option. If that doesn't fix the problem, then did you happen to install a theme with the ROM and gapps? With my phone If I try to install a theme with the ROM and gapps it makes the new ROM do the same thing yours is doing. I usually wait now until I have a couple of clean reboots on the new ROM, then go back into the recovery where I'll wipe cache partition and Dalvik cache, then install the theme.zip.

No I didn't install a theme but I did install the gapps.

I'll try the rom manager permissions thing.

EDIT: Okay, it installed properly, however, I DID have to use Android Screencast (I'm on a Mac, so it was just the easiest way to do it rather than fool around with dual booting) and the IHO-Purity-X ROM.

EDIT 2: *sigh* Okay, it works, but the WiFi doesn't. Gotta figure that out ASAP.
Dual booting?! How could you dual boot the v?
