Can not boot in2 recovery....

Vm670 VMobile, Lg logo appears then screen goes black (but is on) and stays that way! I looked up n wrote down all the I information I thought I would need 2 to root Gingerbreak n get Cyangonmod...I got clockworkmod from the market n flashed it and I instead of hard rebooting I used the option in the app 2 reboot n now no recovery mode!? I need help please....new @this....please is there away to fix it?? Thx...j3

Sigh, I guess its no use to fight people on this. Go here and read this thread, because I believe this,person ran into the exact same prob as u. Basically, u have to install the Android SDK to your computer and then use the ADB commands to flash a recovery. Details here:

absolutely get rid of rom manager. it semi bricked an older ov i owned. i came here and read how to fo it properly. and it was very simple. no adb needed at all,all through a few apps i used right on the phone.
