You'll have talk to the monkeys(monkeys trained by slightly smarter monkeys to be specific) at vm. They'll then 'escalate' ur problem report 3 times and it'll be solved in 2 weeks if ur lucky

I sent them an email? But if the don't respond I guess I have to :/. They still haven't solved my used payment card problem >_< its been two months

One time I had $15 on my phone and tried to add a $20 top up to pay my bill, well the card didn't work so I called but instead of adding $20 they added just enough to pay the bill, thus robbing me of $15
Edit: if u add it up they took about $30 from me
