Ok so when I go on the internet on dolphin browser and go on youtube/dailymotion for videos they always play in the bad stock video player. It alsmost always say "Cannot play video". So I got MX Player. I want to use it as the player to play those videos but it never works. I went to a video in gallery set it to default when on internet tried played the same video but the crappy stock play still comes. So I did research and found out the video player was in gallery so I uninstalled that and replaces with a different photo app. And STILL it plays videos through the stock even when MX is default! How do I fix this?

Try this, open MX, go into settings,select general and check the "play video links" box.

Turns out the play video links was already checked so I unchecked and checked again and still nothing is working.
