No signal for over 24 hours now....

This started Tuesday night. No bars. I tried calling customer service yesterday (on another phone, as I can't place or recieve calls on mine now) and they had me reinsert the battery and all that. I got transferred to another rep who used my zip code to determine that a tower was out in my area and would be restored at midnight. Well, it's the afternoon of the day after and my phone is still the same. Last night it also rebooted on its own a couple times, and lately it seems like the battery hasn't been holding a charge as well. It won't be that low but then it'll shoot down to yellow. Is my phone roached? Man, I only bought it this spring. ARGH!!

Very well could be a bad charging cable... call them back again and complain! So they'll give you a credit or poss cable@ least--- hell they maybe even send you a replacement phone since its still under warranty
