Virgin Mobile Optimus V - email is loaded, but can't receive or send email

i checked applications and my email is there and supposedly running, but no messages are able to be loaded. basically, i have no access on my phone. worked fine until a while ago. how to fix? thanks.

Hi Ariel,

Sorry to hear about this. It sounds like there is an issue with the settings for your emails. You would want to check to see if you can send an email and it go out and be received. If so, the issue is with the incoming server.

You would need to check your email credentials to assure they are applied properly and try again.
