Freezing up

Even as I text.From time-to-time my Opti V freezes up.I have the Fast Reboot app,and I still freeze up.What gives? I've had this fone 2+ yrs.Any answere wud be helpful.

Turn off your phone and boot into recovery, then wipe the cache partition.
Phones that don't support TRIM usually start to slow down after around a year, and I don't think that phone does

Is your phone stock or rooted? Do you have the stock recovery or a custom recovery? Do you have the stock ROM or a custom ROM?

Phone is as it was when it was unboxed.Unrooted.I was told once that a battery develops a "memory".Truth?

Tried that a number of times.Just don't wanna do a full recovery.But if I have to ,I will.Thanks.
