Where is framework-res.apk in LG Optimus V?

I've recently been trying to edit the banner on my LG Optimus V, but have been dealing with a bit of trouble. It seems that the file containing this information (framework-res.apk) is not where it is on most phones (/system/framework/framework-res.apk). I've tried both pulling the file via and adb pull and through DroidExplorer in Windows.

Anyone have any idea where this file is? Or how to edit the banner otherwise?

The file is in system/framework/ .... Atleast it is on my phone

you call also use NinjaMorph from the Market. Its a great app that lets you manually change specific elements of the framework-res.apk

Thanks, Shawn. I could not access it before, but I somehow found it after performing a nandroid backup and then extracting the system.img with dsixda's kitchen. No idea why it wasn't there before.
