Default Phone stuck in clockwork recovery loop

I had my phone flashed with clockwork recovery and CM7 but after using an external antenna the internal antenna on my Optimus V stopped working. I was trying to make it as stock as possible so I could exchange since that's what the VM rep said I should do. In the process I flashed a stock ROM and ended up putting my info in so I recovered using the option under the privacy settings. I am now only able to boot to clock work recovery and I am able to obtain a adb shell. I am not able to do su and I am unsure of what I should do next.

    I appreciate any input, thanks!

    Try this:

    adb shell strings /dev/mtd/mtd8
    adb shell flash_eraseall /dev/mtd/mtd8

    Tried it. But this happens:
    adb shell flash_eraseall /dev/mtd/mtd8
    /sbin/sh: flash_eraseall: not found

Try installing a new recovery or reinstalling the recovery you already have. That seems to fix the issue for others in the same situation.
