wheres the free games?

I had the s7 dege for a while and finally took the vr out of the box. I got the e-mail a few days ago. stating I have till the 20th. I went through loading all the apps and startup, finally got to the shop area and there was no download box or anything for free games.. just the normal buy games screen.

I tried to clear cache and files and log back in.. no help.. tried calling the 888 number and they just verified my account and blew me off and told me to call oculus.. ahhh.. anyone have any ideas?

Here's the email I got. I haven't tried it yet because I didn't receive it yet. But it's an oculus account and you have more than the 20th if you just got it.....

Thank you for purchasing your new Samsung Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge device.
After you receive your free Gear VR gift with purchase in the mail, don't forget
to immediately set up an Oculus account to access your 6-game bundle.

How to access your 6-game bundle:

Create or sign in to your Oculus account from your new Samsung
Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge device.
Your 6-game bundle will appear in the Oculus app after you create
an account. Six titles will appear with a "Download" option.
After downloading the games they will appear in your library.
Please make sure to create an Oculus account and download your
6 games before 11:59:59pm PT on 4/20/16 when the download expires
or within 30 days of receiving your Eligible Product, whichever is later.

Keep checking. I got mine a week ago and no games. I cleared cahe, redownloaded and signed in and out like others suggested. Nothing worked, then lo and behold signed out and back in today and the games were there.
