Why does my Vodafone N985 keeps exiting it's sd card?

I have a Vodafone N985, with androido 4.4.2 and I don't know why but my sd card keeps bugging. When I go to gallery to see my photos, some of the thumbnails appear grey. I don't click them but the sd card exits as I open that folder. Or sometimes when i'm using an app it quits itself. Does anyone know why?

Welcome to Android Central! SD cards or the files on them can become corrupted. Unmount the card (in Settings>Storage), remove it, and insert it into your computer. Can you read all of the files using the computer's file browser? If so, backup all of that data now, the run chkdsk to look for bad sectors: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html

You may also want to try a different SD card.
