wireless problem following system upgrade

I just downloaded the 3.31? system upgrade and it is not picking up any wireless networks. Help please. Have phone from UK but using it in the Caribbean. Will pick up data normally, buy very slow.

Just to clarify, if I put in my UK Vodafone Sim card it connects okay, bit if I use my local Lime Sim card it won't connect. Previously I could connect with either. Thanks
