Motorola Droid Ringtones
I really like the Motorola Droid ringtones, like Droid Invasion, over the HTC and Verizon default tones on my HTC Incredible. Where can I get Motorola's ringtones?
I tried Zedge, but most their tones are oriented more towards the teenage crowd. - 05-06-2010, 01:09 AM #2

Speaking of Porn Music, does anyone have a classic 70's porn music ring tone?

Was there a tone called Ring_Synth_02.ogg in there? That's the Chimey Phone ringtone. Here, I uploaded it for ya.

No problem at all
I had it on my Droid and when I went into the system to try and find the Chimey file I couldn't find it anywhere... so I had to figure out which one it was. When you add that ringtone to your ringotne folder it will show up as Chimey Phone when you go to change your sounds.

Does anyone know where I can get ringtones from other Droids like Droid X for my Droid 2?
Also, I have this one iphone alert (the one you always hear, 2 second beep beep bump) and I like it because it's short but whoever made it on Zedge didn't make it very loud.
I have searched Zedge and 5 other sites for that tone but cannot find it. It's called iphone alert on Zedge which doesn't help. I don't know Apple's name for it.
One more question. How can I take the stock ringtones off my Blackberry Tour and put them in my PC? If I hold the phone up to the pc's mic, it always sounds lame, not crisp and clear.
I wondered how people get those ringtones off the phone and they sound so good? Any ideas? Thanks. - 03-11-2011, 04:34 PM #17
I've downloaded this file on my phone and have gotten the one i wanted, chimey phone or ring synth 2. Its a ringtone so it keeps on going, I'm wondering if theres a way to shorten it to a notification? On my phone I've tried ringdroid and others and because its in ogg format it says it cant do it. Im on my pc and myxer tells methe same thing. Would you knowof an easy way I can modify this? Thx so much!! (Seems like the apps tell me it needs to be in mp3 form.)
