I was a PalmPre (webOS) user and I loved it.

I used to be able to download themes from PREware (my favorite being Alice in Wonderland)

With those themes, everything could change not just the wallpaper.

The icons changed, the wallpaper changed, even the wallpaper in different apps changed (like in gallery and the phone)

Is there something comparable in the Android system?

hey, former webos user here too (only until the new one's out!)

it's a little difficult. You need to root the phone, which can be done extremely easily with this method - (seriously, it's about as easy as the konami unlock on the pre, except no restart needed!)

Then, install something like metamorph. Unfortunately, once that's done, you gotta go around the internet scraping the barrel for themes.

All *I* wanna do is change the highlight colour. Seems hard to find anything that does that.
