How do I add a new basic wallpaper?

I've owned an Incredible for a day, I'm 100% fresh to the android OS. I tried using search, but I couldn't find this most basic thing. How do I add a wallpaper to my phone?

I want to add the dark Lloyd wallpaper.

I connected my phone to my computer, and I can't seem to find a folder where all the wallpapers are stored.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can make a folder for it. Your phone won't care where it's stored, it will recognize it as a image and display it as an option, no matter where it is stored on your SD card.
