How do I read my LQM file on my Windows 7 PC?

how to read my LQM file on my windows 7 PC

I own a LG Marquee and emailed my notes to my PC I need to open the LQM file somehow. I have been in search for a free reader but can not find one that does not attach itself to strings attached

About the only way I can find that might work is a hex editor. Freeware Hex Editor XVI32 is free, so give it a shot. If the app saves the file in any sort of ASCII format, you can at least read the files.
